Hi everyone, today I am going to introduce a Chinese restaurant which is like the photo and it is a hot type restaurant. However, it is very attractive to the consumer if consumer tried these foods. First of all, the first dish is side dish which is call pepper sauce tripe which is using hot chili sauce with tripe to burst cook so it is good aroma and taste.

 


For the next dish, the main course is came it was boiled beef. Boiled beef is using garlic, chili, millet pepper, onion and garlic to boiled. Also, the beef need to slices with egg white, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine water and starch before the cook.






 Moreover, the next dish is pickled fish. The pickled fish is used too many sauerkraut to soak with hot chili and cook wine. Also, the fish mush be fresh and make the fish become the sliced fish.

 

 
 
 
 
 
 

Finally, the last dish is called chili steamed chicken which is using 100 degrees Celsius to steamed the chicken and then, put some green and red chili on the chicken before serving to consumer.
