People always say that Sydney is the New York of Southern hemisphere. The city is very beautiful and fascinating. It’s not only the views, there also has a lot delicious food. Nishiki is a BBQ restaurant which located in 270 Pacific Hwy, Crows Nest. I have been there twice, have a good time and really enjoy the dishes.


As the only one specializing who has offering purebred cattle in Australia. Nishiki has won several reputation and praise. Because of the prices of cattle are not cheap. The Nishiki wagyu would be regarded as most cost-effective restaurant for eating cattle. The meat in this restaurant is juicy unique flavor and high value. If you eat it with lemon juice you will have delicate taste. The ox tongue is the one dish you must try it!!! There has three different BBQ sauces for you choose. For me, I would recommend with sesame oil, it can give you more prominent quality delicious.

When you have a dinner, the delicious dishes is very important but the good environment is also important too. The decor of this restaurant is quite exotic, elegant and comfortable all in Japanese-style. But the lighting is a bit dim. In Nishiki wagyu you can have a really good time to enjoy an authentic cattle BBQ and Japanese experience. What are you waiting for? Just go there enjoy the cattle and have a nice dinner. Lowenbrau Keller

Lowenbrau Keller, the most popular and authentic Munich-style restaurant in Sydney. It is located at Cnr / Playfair & Argyle St, The Rocks, Sydney, NSW.


Nurnberger Rostbratwurste
         It is made of Nurnberger Sausages, Sauerkraut, Creamy Mashed Potato & German Mustards.
         I know it sounds complicated so I will tell you my feeling about this dish. One word, “Delicious”, two words “Very Delicious”. It is the best sausages I have ever tried before. Not only the sausage but also the sauce, the cabbage and mashed potato are so nice. They are a bit salty but really yummy.







Schweinshaxn
         Oven-Roasted Pork Knuckle, Sauerkraut, Creamy Mashed Potato & Lowenbrau Bier Jus.
         This dish is the most important one that all the customers shouldn’t miss. The pork meat is extremely soft and smells nice. Cut it into small pieces and eat it with some sauces will be a terrific experience for everyone. You need to order it because it is the signature dish of the restaurant.







Warmer Kaskunchen mit Himbeermark
         Warm Cheesecake with Raspberry Coulis & Vanilla Custard.
         It is not a traditional cheesecake comparing with the normal cheesecake we can find in a bakery. It is warm and tastes like cream. This cake is special and for people who love the dessert, you must have it and will love it.




In a word, if you are in Sydney and are interested in delicious food, you should be there and try their food and bear. It is a nice Munich-style restaurant. Besides, if you have a lot of friends with you, do not forget to make a reservation, it’s crowed there.

Traditional Chinese Food

Yesterday night, we went to a chinese restaurant, Mr Han Traditional Restaurant.

This is one of the dishes we ordered, Deep Fried Yellow Fish.
Although it looks quite oily, it is not and in fact they keep it really dry and i barely feel the oil. The highlight point of this dish is the contrast between crispy skin and moisture meat, also the sweety sauces push this dish into another level.

Overall  this is a dish i would recommended. 










This is another signature dish they recommended to us. This soup is made of tofu and some kind of fish, i am not sure the name of the fish but anyway it taste great.
Normally, you can taste the MSG in the chinese soup but this one is really fresh.

I believe they put quite a lot of fish, there is plenty of tofu and fish inside the soup.










To conclude, if you are looking for excellent service and comfortable environment this is not the place you looking for, however the food they serve is excellent and the price is reasonable, overall good place for a group a friends chatting and enjoy the meal.

Food Korea

However, it is very attractive to the consumer because its foods are different from other restaurants so it always full booking and full consumer when lunch time and dinner time


 





First of all, the most famous and strongly recommend by myself dish which is call pig bone pot. The pig bone pot are include too many food to cook such as, Korea rice flour, kelp, potato, sprout, pig bone and pork soup. The pork soup is rolled too many hours so the pig bone down to the soup to mix cook is delicious. Moreover, it also is manager recommended and you will watching beside your consumers always have a pig bone pot on their table so you do not order it when you are come it first time.




Secondly, I will introduce a special deep fried chicken wing. It is different from the KFC. It is very brittle and not salty, not spicy, just good taste. The important point for the deep fried chicken wing is there will not be too much oil when consumer to see and eat because the manager put the absorbing paper on the bottom of the chicken.




Otherwise, I will recommend the seafood pancake. It used fresh seafood to fire and some vegetable and most important manager’s seasonings. Therefore, it will be including incense, brittle.





Finally, this restaurant really worth consumers to try, it also have many foods such as BBQ and Korea noodle. Hope peoples like it.
